They will assist you with all your transportation needs ? from choosing the right vehicle to developing financing plans to fit your individual situation. And, the best part is that this personal service is just a phone call away. Your local Business Preferred Commercial Account Manager will do business at your place of business, and at a time that suits your busy schedule.

The Ford Business Preferred Program is a powerful combination of premium vehicles that will enhance your company, and outstanding personal services tailored to the special needs of your small business. Only 17% of all Ford dealers nationwide are certified as Business Preferred Network dealers.

How to Request a Ford Fleet Identification Number (FIN)

Step 1: Call the Ford Fleet Customer Information Center (FCIC) at 1-800-34-FLEET (1-800-343-5338) or register online. www.fleet.ford.com

Step 2: When your documentation has been received and verified by the FCIC, your FIN Code will be activated. Please note: you may be asked to provide proof of ownership of the vehicles in your fleet. If so, please fax your proof of ownership to (313) 390-4829.

Acceptable records to activate your Ford FIN Code are:

Current Vehicle Registrations
Insurance Schedules
Lease Agreements
Billing Statements from a Leasing Company

Step 3: When verification is complete and finalized, you will receive a Ford Fleet welcome packet through the mail, with your FIN code, an access code for web registration and a list of incentives for the year. As a Ford Fleet customer, you and your company will have access to exclusive fleet benefits, specifically tailored for Ford Fleet:
